It's nice to have some workouts to kickstart your health goals and to get on track. This book includes 5 days of workouts I put together for myself that I love and to wanted to share with you. The workouts in this guide are a combination of weights and hiit training. The workouts work different areas of the body each day and last between 40-60 minutes. 

These are great workouts to do along with your meal plans. You can do these workouts at home or the gym, you will just want to have access to some free weights.
